These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crestbill's payment services, organisation management tools, wallet features, and related products ("Services"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration details.
- You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
2. Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- We may require identity verification for security or legal compliance.
- We may suspend accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
3. Payments & Transactions
- All payments made on Crestbill are final except where reversals are legally required.
- Processing fees, network charges, or service fees may apply.
- We are not responsible for failed payments caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
- Receipts, breakdowns, and transaction histories are accessible from your dashboard.
4. Wallet Usage
- The Crestbill wallet is used for organisation dues, bill payments, and internal settlements.
- Your wallet balance does not earn interest.
- You may withdraw or fund your wallet through supported payment channels.
- We may restrict transactions pending compliance checks.
5. Organisation Management
- Organisation owners are responsible for correctness of member data.
- Crestbill is not liable for internal organisation disputes, dues allocation, or group financial decisions.
- We provide tools; the organisation manages how they are used.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Crestbill for:
- Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or illegal transactions.
- Circumventing platform limits, restrictions, or security systems.
- Interfering with system performance or attempting unauthorized access.
- Submitting false documents or misleading information.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Crestbill is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services, banks, processors, or your misuse of the platform.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability will not exceed the total service fees you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or applicable laws.
- You may close your account at any time.
- Outstanding transactions must be completed before closure.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your operating region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
